Welcome! I’m Jodie Metcalfe, a proud Colorado native with deep roots on the eastern plains, where I grew up on a ranch. My adult life has been spent in beautiful Colorado Springs, where I discovered my passion for real estate in 2004 when I purchased my first home.

I officially entered the real estate industry in 2021 and have loved every moment since. I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients from Fort Collins to Florence, CO, showcasing my versatility and deep knowledge of various regions across Colorado.

My upbringing on a ranch has equipped me with a unique understanding of rural properties, while my experience living in the city has made me well-versed in both downtown areas and suburban neighborhoods.
